mini vacay

On Wednesday night Ben and I left for a 3 hour drive to Fort Worth. It was fun to get away for a day! Fort Worth is very cowboy. At our Hotel it was Country Western Night! We had never seen so many, Wranglers, belt buckles, cowboy hats, cowboy boots and sparkly jeans!


We also went to the famous Stockyards where the cowboys herd their long-horned cattle everyday at 11:30 am and 4:00 pm. There was also a petting zoo there!


We drove around the beautiful tree lined streets, and ended the day at the Fort Worth Modern Art Museum. We loved it!


Then headed home for work the next day...

    Every time I look at this post I am surprised by the art they have in the museum! It makes me want to drive all the way there!
