more on Texas

It's amazing how much there is to do here! A couple weeks ago we went to 6th street to see some of our friends band play. The street is lined with bars, restaurants, and music venues. While walking down the street you hear country, rap, hip hop, pop, punk, rock, folk, blues, jazz and every other music you can think of! It's pretty awesome and a must do in Austin.
This week we also went to dinner at a cute european style restaurant we had been eyeing, called "Annie's" and saw the musical of "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels"at the old Paramount Theater downtown. We had so much fun and all were purchased through "Groupon"!

Another night we went to dinner at the "Hula Hut" with our new friends Elisse and Eric who just moved here from New York. It was beautiful and right on the lake!

We also celebrated at the "Bat Fest" on the South Congress bridge.

We sure love living in SoCo!
