Showered

This past weekend was sure packed with fun! Ben and I flew to Salt Lake City Utah to meet up with friends and Family. I hadn't been back to Salt Lake since our wedding almost 2 years ago. It was a fun Visit! I am so grateful for my family and friends. I was able to have not just one but TWO baby showers!
Thank-you so much for my sister Heather and my girlfriends for my Provo shower and a huge thanks to my amazing mother-in-law and sister-in law for throwing me one in St. George. Both were more than I could have asked for.
We arrived late Thursday night and got to visit with my Mom who drove all the way from New Mexico and my sister and her family. It was so fun to see my nephews! It was my first time meeting little Hawk! We had a blast!
Friday was the Shower! Afterward Ben drove with his mom and sister back to St. George so he could wake up early and go fishing with his Dad. I stayed behind and had some more girl time! We stayed up late then enjoyed a good Saturday Brunch.

Then later my mom, sister, Hawk and I headed south to good old St. George. My mother and sister-in-law out did themselves! It was amazing. They created a Gourdough's right there in their back yard with a create your own donut station! They were so fresh Bob was in back frying them as we went. I honestly think it was better than the real Gourdough's. They also had delicious italian soda! It was fun seeing Ben's aunts, grandma and cousins too! We also got to spend time with our nieces and nephews. We had a blast!
Sunday, after church my father-in law had made the famous Grencole (sp?) I kept hearing about. It is one of Ben's favorite meals. I now see why! Sooooooooo delicious!
Everyone was so generous to give us such nice gifts!
Notice the beautiful quilt Diane made for the baby! I am obsessed! So beautiful. The baby will love it and cherish it her entire life!

The trip came to an end way too fast! I wish we could have spent time with everyone longer but am so grateful for the time we did have with them! Thanks everyone!
